No Comic Today :(

Sorry gang, but because of the wedding stuff I’ve used up my buffer and kind of ran out of strips. I’m going to be spending the weekend making new ones, and then updating 3x for the next two weeks to make up for the loss.

In the meantime, however, I do have a video of my cat Waffles “playing” with her new toy.

A little background here:
Waffles loves to wrestle and tends to play rather rough, leaving my arms looking like I just put them through a shredder. Because of this, my mother was kind enough to buy her a scratching pad that is supposed to dull her claws. However, the scratching pad comes with a feather toy that has a bell attached. Which is, of course, the only part of the thing that she’s actually interested in.

Also, it’s important to point out that since this video was taken, she hasn’t played with any part of the scratching post since. Her favorite thing to play with is a bunch of tin foil balled up, after all.

Why do I buy this kitty toys, again?
